XY ConneXion™
XY ConneXion was established to conduct research on the many applications of XY Theory. These applications include algorithms for romantic relationships, employee-employer, siblings, and parent/child relationships. Initially, our primary goal was to discover the one trait or factor that best predicts whether relationships would succeed or fail or how singles would choose their partners. However, it became evident to our team that XY Theory affected the way we do business, the way we form relationships, even the way we vote or choose careers. New applications are being discovered every day
Dr. John Jacob
Dr. John Jacob is the President and CEO of XY ConneXion. He holds a PhD in Psychology and is a graduate of Loma Linda University, where he also completed degrees in Counseling and Theology. Dr. Jacob conducts research on preferred interaction styles and how they affect personal and professional relationships. This led to the development of the XY ConneXion™ Tests that can predict problems in a romantic or professional relationship before they occur.
